Refund policy

1- Return for Change of Mind

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

2- Return for Damages and Issues

A full refund or reshipment is available if an item has not arrived within 45 calendar days of the order date.

Refunds for damaged items apply only to damage sustained during shipping. Any damage occurring after the item is delivered, including damage caused by handling, use, or storage, is not eligible for a refund.

To ensure a swift resolution, customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging including the shipping label.  Failure to provide timely notification or supporting documentation may void eligibility for a refund or reshipment.

 

3- Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Clearance items and Gift Cards are final sale and are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.

4.1- Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all return and damage‑related refund claims.

 

4.2- Procedures for Return

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@kemet-ventures.com and we’ll send to you the instructions on how to send your package to us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
